Women's Lacrosse Tabbed Academic Honor Squad by IWLCA

PRINCETON, N.J. (8/11/14) - The Princeton women's lacrosse team was honored today by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) as an Academic Honor Squad.
A total of 84 Division I teams were honored for having cumulative team GPAs of 3.0 or higher during the 2013-14 academic year.
Princeton has earned the honor every year since at least 2003*.
The IWLCA will announce its individual honorees within the next two weeks.
Princeton finished the 2014 season with as 12-7 record, capturing a share of the Ivy League title for the first since since 2006. The Tigers earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament and reached the second round, losing by just two goals to final four team Virginia after beating Penn State in the first round.
