Princeton Sprint Football Back in Action Against Penn

PRINCETON, N.J. – Coming off a bye week, the Princeton University sprint football team returns to action on Friday, Oct. 30 at Penn.
The Tigers last played on Oct. 16, falling to Cornell, 52-18. The Quakers saw their title hopes dashed last weekend following a 16-13 double-overtime loss to Army. Forfeiting last season's match-up, Princeton last took the field against Penn on Oct. 25, 2013, falling 79-29.
Friday night's game will be broadcast on the Ivy League Digital Network.
LAST TIME OUT: PRINCETON
• Princeton fell to Cornell on Oct. 16, 52-18.
• Cornell rolled up 393 yards of total offense, with 331 yards coming on the ground.
• Throwing for 189 yards, the Tigers finished with 271 yards of total offense.
• Princeton quarterback Chad Cowden completed 14 of his 33 pass attempts for 160 yards and three touchdowns. Cowden also led the team in rushing, picking up 35 yards on 14 carries.
