• After Friday night, the Ivy League remained with three league-unbeaten teams, including Princeton, Yale and Columbia. While Columbia heads to Harvard, the league will have at least one fewer league-unbeaten team once tonight's Princeton-Yale contest is settled.
• Also on the docket for Princeton tonight in addition to staying atop the Ivy table is ending the Lee Amphitheater hex. Princeton last won in the building on March 12, 2011, when a Douglas Davis '12 buzzer beater sent Princeton over Harvard and into the NCAA Tournament. Princeton also defeated Yale in the building that year as well. Since, however, Yale has won four in a row over Princeton in Connecticut.
• Saturday's game will match the teams that enter the weekend as the Ivy's top scoring offense (Princeton, 78.6 ppg) and scoring defense (Yale, 63.6 ppg allowed). Both teams are also third in the Ivy in the opposite category, with Yale scoring 75.2 ppg and Princeton allowing 67.0.
• The first Ivy League weekend may be just the first of six such back-to-backs, but the past seven years suggests it carries importance. Since 2009, Princeton has gone 2-0 over the first weekend four times and has finished first or second in the league all four times. The other three years, when Princeton went 1-1 or 0-2, the Tigers finished third each time.
• Through Friday's games, Princeton had the top RPI in the Ivy League, and by a considerable margin. The Tigers were 60th on the NCAA's official RPI list, 37 spots ahead of Yale (97).
• Through Friday's games, Princeton is the winningest team in New Jersey over Mitch Henderson's four-plus seasons guiding the Tigers. His 86 wins are three more than Seton Hall's 83 as the next-most wins over that span.
• Under Mitch Henderson, the Tigers now have a 34-29 (.540) record in the pre-New Year portion of the schedule and a 52-21 (.712) record from Jan. 1 forward.
• Princeton has made at least half its field goal tries seven times this season. Four of those occurrences have come in the team's last seven games, against Bucknell, at Hampton, at Norfolk State and against Bryn Athyn.
• Princeton has shot .400 or better from the field 12 times in the 16 games this season and is 11-1 in those games (loss vs. Maryland). The Penn game was the first and only time this season Princeton won without shooting at least .400 from the field.
• Princeton has made 10 3-pointers in a game eight times this season, most recently against Bryn Athyn on Jan. 24.
• Junior Spencer Weisz has scored at least 10 points in seven straight games through the Brown game. It's the first time he's done that in his career, surpassing a run of scoring 10+ in five straight games from Feb. 15 to Mar. 1, 2014 as a freshman.
• Junior Henry Caruso, who is shooting .570 from the field, has made at least half his field goal tries in 12 of the 16 games this season. Princeton is 10-2 when Caruso makes at least half his tries and 2-2 when he doesn't.
• Princeton has no player in the top eight in the Ivy in rebounding, but the Tigers are the only team with four players in the league's top 17 in that category, with Henry Caruso (9th, 6.8 rpg), Pete Miller (11th, 6.0), Spencer Weisz (13th, 5.5) and Steven Cook (17th, 4.8). Yale has three players in that range: Brandon Sherrod (6th, 7.6), Nick Victor (8th, 6.9) and Justin Sears (10th, 6.5).
• Princeton enters Saturday's games as the top team in the Ivy in scoring offense (78.6 ppg), turnover margin (+2.19), assist-to-turnover ratio (1.4), defensive rebounds (28.4 drpg) and defensive rebounding (.784). Individually, Princeton has the Ivy's top free throw shooter in Devin Cannady (.896) and has the league's top two players in assist-to-turnover ratio, with Spencer Weisz at 3.6 and Amir Bell at 2.5.
• Entering Saturday's games, Princeton was in the top 10 percent nationally (top 34) in six statistical categories, including two national No. 1 rankings in fewest total fouls (270) and fewest total turnovers (173). The Tigers were also 26th in defensive rebounds per game (28.44), 28th in fouls per game (16.9), 27th in 3s per game (9.3) and 26th in turnovers per game (10.8). Individually, Devin Cannady, Henry Caruso, Pete Miller and Spencer Weisz combined for eight top-250 national statistical rankings, led by Cannady's seventh-ranked .896 free throw clip.
• Princeton's 78.63 ppg average isn't far from the team record for a season-ending scoring average of 79.74, set in 1971-72.
• Under Mitch Henderson, Princeton has scored 90 points in a game six times. That's more than all other post-Pete Carril coaches combined and the fourth-most under a coach in program history. Princeton scored 90+ 21 times under Pete Carril, 18 times under Butch van Breda Kolff and 11 times under Cappy Cappon.
• Princeton's top six scorers - Henry Caruso, Steven Cook, Devin Cannady, Spencer Weisz, Amir Bell and Pete Miller - have scored 987 of the team's 1258 points this season, or 78.5 percent.

• Yale has had just six players start a game this season, with Jack Montague (6-0), Makai Mason (6-1), Nick Victor (6-5) and Brandon Sherrod (6-6) starting all 17 contests. Justin Sears (6-8) has started 14 games, with Sam Downey (6-9) stepping in for him against Albany, Bryant and Daniel Webster.
• Yale leads the Ivy in scoring defense (63.3 ppg allowed), scoring margin (+11.9), field goal percentage (.465), rebounding offense (41.6), rebounding defense (30.1), rebounding margin (+11.5), offensive rebounds (15.2) and offensive rebounding percentage (.424). Individually, Yale has the Ivy's top player in 3-point FG percentage in Nick Victor at .500 (18-36) and the top two players in offensive rebounds in Justin Sears (3.6 orpg) and Brandon Sherrod (3.2).

| Mitch Henderson '98 is in his fifth season as Princeton's head coach. His overall record at Princeton is 86-50. Under Henderson, Princeton is 47-11 at home, 39-19 in the Ivy League, and 23-5 in the Ivy League at home. Princeton is 70-17 when leading at the half under Henderson. Henderson is the first Princeton coach since John Thompson III '88 (2000-04) to have winning seasons in each of his first four campaigns. He is the sixth Princeton coach to accomplish that, following Frederick Leuhring (1912-20), Butch van Breda Kolff '44 (1962-67), Pete Carril (1967-96), Bill Carmody (1996-2000) and Thompson III '88 (2000-04). Henderson is in seventh place on the Princeton all-time wins list. Bill Carmody, who was a Princeton assistant for Henderson's first two seasons and head coach for Henderson's last two, is in sixth place with 92 wins. Carmody hired Henderson as an assistant coach at Northwestern in 2000, where Henderson remained for 11 seasons until coming to Princeton. Henderson was a second-team All-Ivy Leaguer in 1998, an honorable mention All-Ivy Leaguer in 1997, and was a two-time Ivy Rookie of the Week in 1994-95. Henderson graduated as the fourth-leading assist man in program history (kept since 1974-75) and is now sixth, having been surpassed by two of his players, Ian Hummer '13 and T.J. Bray '14. Henderson graduated fifth in career steals (kept since 1974-75) and is now ninth, having been passed by former teammate Gabe Lewullis '99, Will Venable '05, Marcus Schroeder '10 and his former player T.J. Bray '14.
