Brown Gets Past Women's Tennis, 4-3

Taking its first loss in Ivy League play, the 59th-ranked Princeton women's tennis team fell 4-3 at Brown Friday.
Princeton took the doubles point when Caroline Joyce and Nicole Kalhorn won on court three in a tiebreaker, but the momentum didn't carry over to singles. The Bears took the top three singles courts and court six, all in straight sets. Kalhorn clinched her match on court five in a second-set tiebreaker, and Joyce won her match on court four in three sets.
The Tigers will look to bounce back quickly when they head to Yale for a 2 p.m. match Saturday.
