Cressey Named ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Month

Princeton's Jackson Cressey has been named the ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Month, for the month of February, it was announced by the league office on Wednesday, March .1
This is Cressey's second Rookie of the Month honor, having earned the accolade in December as well.
Cressey led the rookies in scoring in the league during the month with 11 points. He had a point in seven of eight games during February. He had one goal and a league-best 10 assists. He finished with a +5, while also winning 56.8 percent of his face offs, and blocking seven shots. He had two assists in a tie at Brown to start the month. He had assists on the game-winning goals in both wins over St. Lawrence and Clarkson while also adding another helper, scored against RPI, had an assist at Union, two more against Brown on Friday and one on Saturday in a win over Yale.
Princeton hosts Colgate in the ECAC First Round best-of-three series this weekend at Hobey Baker Rink.
