Hompe Named GPT Athlete of the Week

Olivia Hompe became Princeton's all-time leading scorer as she led the Tigers to the Ivy League Tournament title, to earn this week's Suburban Transit GoPrincetonTigers.com Athlete of the Week.
She had an 18-point weekend, with two nine-point games as Princeton defeated Penn in the Ivy League semifinals and Cornell in the final. Hompe set six Ivy League Tournament records in points (18), goals (10) and assists (8) in a tournament; as well as points (9), goals (7) and assists (6) in a single game. Hompe was named to the Ivy League All-Tournament team for the third time in her career.
With 278 career points and 193 career tallies, Hompe has surpassed Crista Samaras '99 as the all-time Princeton scorer and goal scorer.
