DeGarmo and D'Orsi Earn Postseason Accolades from Inside Lacrosse

Inside Lacrosse recently named Ellie DeGarmo and Tess D'Orsi in its 2017 postseason honors on ILWomen.com
DeGarmo shared the honor of National Goalie of the Year, along with Maryland's Megan Taylor as both were first-team All-America selections. DeGarmo led the nation with 12.37 saves per game, making 235 saves on the year in addition to lead the country in save percentage (55.4%), as well. The two-time first-team All-American led Princeton to a 15-4 overall mark in 2017, including an Ivy League Tournament and regular season crown.Â
D'Orsi earned a spot on the All-Rookie Team. The only Ivy League freshman to earn all-conference honors in 2017, D'Orsi was second in goals for Princeton with 38, having netted at least one goal in 18 out of 19 games, all starts. She also had 15 multi-point games, putting 81% of her shots on cage.
