Wang Posts Top-10 Finish at LSU

Junior Amber Wang tied for eighth in the 72-player field at the LSU Tiger Golf Classic as the Princeton women's golf team finished ninth in the 12-team field at the University Club in Baton Rouge, La.
Wang carded 75 in each of the three rounds to finish at +9, 10 shots back of winner Claudia De Antonio of LSU as De Antonio's 1-under finish was five strokes in front of runner-up Leonie Harm of Houston. LSU cut 18 strokes off its second-round score to move past Houston and win its home tournament at +38, edging out the Cougars by two strokes in a field that included four Golfstat top-50 teams.
Princeton's results from the weekend are below and results for all teams are available via Golfstat here. The Tigers will play again next weekend when they host Match Madness, a match-play event that includes Seton Hall, Penn and Columbia at Fox Hollow in Branchburg, N.J.
