Note - With the start of the new athletic year, goprincetontigers.com will have a new feature on the front page of the website. Each day when there are any athletic events, a story entitled "Princeton Athletics Daily" will feature a chronological schedule of all of that day's games, complete with links to videostream, live stats, in-game Twitter and the pregame story. At the conclusion of the game, a link to the postgame story will be available as well.
All information will continue to be available on the individual sport pages.

No. 2 North Carolina's Megan DuVernois' tipped goal with five minutes to go proved to be the game-winner as the Tar Heels earned a hard fought 1-0 victory over the No. 10 Princeton Tigers at Ellen Vagelos Field on Friday afternoon.

The three-time reigning Ivy League champions open their season at the Ellis Rowland Memorial Tournament, held at Colgate in Hamilton, N.Y. Princeton, which returns six starters from its 2018 Ivy League championship team, was picked to finish first in the Ivy League preseason poll.
