Tigers Open Spring Play in Florida

The goal was to get two rounds in Thursday, but sunlight ran out before the Princeton women's golf team and the rest of the 16-team field could finish all 36 holes at Lake Jovita Golf Club in Dade City, Fla.
In the round Princeton did complete, St. Leo (Fla.) took four of the six matches. Annie Kong won her match 3 and 2, and Alison Chang won hers 1-up, but the remaining four matches went to St. Leo to take the overall team match 4-2.
When Princeton resumes second-round play Friday at 8:30 a.m., the Tigers will have a 1-0 lead on James Madison and will be up in three of the five matches still on course.
