Women’s Tennis Honored as ITA All-Academic Team

TEMPE, Ariz. – The Princeton University women's tennis team was honored as an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team for the 2019-20, as announced by the organization Monday morning.
In addition to their team honor, the Tigers had nine named as 2020 ITA Scholar-Athletes; Tiffany Chen, Daria Frayman, Zoe Howard, Grace Joyce, Jayme Leschly, Clare McKee, Nathalie Rodilosso, Stephanie Schrage and Maia Sung.
Programs that were honored as an ITA All-Academic Team must have earned a GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. ITA Scholar Athletes must have at least a 3.5 GPA for the current academic year and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.
Prior to the cancelation of the 2019-20 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tigers had posted a 10-3 record and earned the highest ranking in program history when they were tabbed at No. 5 in the Oracle/ITA rankings in February.
