Nadir Lewis Named Ivy League Player of the Week

Princeton, N.J. — After yet another impressive week that included strong performances on the road against No. 23 Mississippi State, Nadir Lewis was named Ivy League Player of the Week.
The junior led Princeton in all hitting categories during its five-game stretch last week and posted a .421/.947/.450 slash line with eight hits, five RBI, and four runs scored in 19 at-bats. More than half of his hits went for extra bases, with a pair of doubles, a triple, and two home runs.
Lewis still leads the Tigers in all hitting categories through 11 games this season. He's currently batting at a .462 tick with 18 hits and 11 RBI, and half of those knocks (four 2B, one 3B, four HR) went for extra bases.
