PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University men's volleyball team is set to clash with the No. 8 Ball State Cardinals, Saturday night inside Dillon Gymnasium.
Last Time Out
The Tigers fell to Harvard 3-1 (25-22, 22-25, 9-25, 23-25) last Saturday in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Sophomore Ben Harrington lead the Tigers with 17 kills, 11 digs and two service aces. Senior Joe Kelly tallied 19 assists.
Through 16 Matches
Ben Harrington leads the Tigers in kills per set (3.02) as well as service aces (31). Joe Kelly is the leader in assists per set with 6.57, while senior Parker Dixon leads the team in digs per set with 1.50. Lastly, first year Aiden Benson boasts the top mark for blocks per set with 1.14.
Scouting Ball State
The Cardinals enter with a 11-2 record on the year, their most recent match a 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 25-19) victory over Quincy University. Prior to their matchup with the Tigers, Ball State will visit NJIT on Friday, March 11 at 6:00 p.m.
Quinn Isaacson leads Ball State in three statistical categories, including assists per set (11.78), digs per set (2.18) and service aces (22). Meanwhile, Kaleb Jenness leads the team in kills per set (4.98) and Felix Egharevba has the top tally for blocks per set (1.33).
