Columbia Up Next For Women's Swimming & Diving

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University women's swimming & diving team competes in its final dual meet of the season when it takes on Columbia on Friday, January 20, inside the Percy Uris Natatorium.
Princeton has a 6-2 record on the season, and a 2-2 record in Ivy League Meets. Most recently, the Tigers earned a 188-165 victory over Notre Dame and a 278-75 win over Navy on Saturday, January 14, in Annapolis, Maryland. The meet saw Charlotte Martinkus earn a new school and record on the 3-meter board with a score of 328.50. Eliza Brown's time of 2:11.91 in the 200 breaststroke saw her move up to No. 3 all-time on the Tigers' list, while she also moved up to No. 4 all-time in the 100 breaststroke after finishing in 1:01.77. Margaux McDonald also moved up to #5 all-time in the 100 breaststroke after she touched the wall at 1:01.83, and No. 7 in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:13.61.
The Lions have a 3-2 record in 2022-23, and defeated Cornell 169-126 in their most recent meet on Sunday, January 15, in Ithaca, New York. Last season, Columbia finished sixth at the Ivy League Champions, had a 4-4 overall record and a 2-4 record in conference meets.
