No. 6 Men's Water Polo Travels For NWPC Road Weekend

PRINCETON – The No. 6 Princeton Men's Water Polo Team will head on the road to get back into Northeast Water Polo Conference action this weekend.
The Tigers will take on the No. 17 Brown Bears on Saturday (12 p.m.) before heading to the MIT Engineers (10:15 a.m.) and No. 11 Harvard Crimson (3:15 p.m.) on Sunday. Princeton already has victories over these three NWPC foes, each by at least six goals.
Roko Pozaric was named to the Cutino Award List on Thursday for the second straight season. The junior has been one of the best players in the country as he leads the Tigers in scoring with 55 goals and adding 37 assists. He's also provided 23 drawn ejections along with an 84-4 sprint record.
Pozaric has scored in every game this season with 15 multi-goal outings along with eight hat tricks. Some of his top performances include five tallies vs. No. 19 Santa Clara and six goals vs. No. 14 Cal Baptist.
For his career, he has 185 goals and 117 assists which makes one of only four players in program history to reach those marks.
Vladan Mitrovic (41) and George Caras (40) each have set career highs in goals while JP Ohl (28), Yurian Quinones (26), Finn LeSieur (23), Pierce Maloney (22) and Mason Killion (20) all have at least 20 goals. Ohl also has 52 assists which is fourth most in program history.
Kristóf Kovács and West Temkin have combined for a .574 save percentage and 274 stops this season in the cage for Princeton. Kovács recently made 16 saves in a one-goal loss to No. 4 Pepperdine.
