Konovalov, Marciano Earn AHCA All American Scholar Recognition

Having achieved a strong GPA standard in both semesters in 2022-23 in addition to their competition on the ice for the Princeton men's hockey team, Alex Konovalov and Nick Marciano have earned recognition as All American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association.

Konovalov, a forward and an economics major who will begin his junior year in the fall, competed in seven games last season and had a helper at Harvard during the second game of the ECAC Hockey quarterfinal series. Marciano, a rising sophomore blueliner, played in 28 games and scored his first career goal in a 6-5 win over RPI last December before getting an assist in the return trip to Troy in February.

Both were honorees on ECAC Hockey's All-Academic Team with Marciano as Princeton's Commissioner's List honoree for earning the team's top GPA last year.
