CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The No. 14 Princeton Men's Volleyball team faced a tough battle against Harvard, ultimately falling short 3-1 (17-25, 23-25, 25-16, 24-26) on the road. Despite a valiant effort, the Tigers couldn't secure the victory.
Nyherowo Omene showcased his prowess on the court, leading the team with an impressive 19 kills, while Ben Harrington and Jameson Vaccaro contributed 7 kills each. Gavin Leasing made a notable impact with a season-high 2 service aces, providing a boost for the Tigers.
Tristan Whitfield continued to impress on defense, tallying 5 blocks for the second consecutive night, with Omene and Vaccaro adding 4 blocks each to fortify the team's defense. Henry Wedbush orchestrated the offense again, amassing 36 assists throughout the match.
Matt Suh's presence in the lineup proved invaluable as he secured another season high in digs, totaling 12 for the night.
Despite the efforts of the players, Princeton couldn't overcome Harvard's resilience, resulting in a hard-fought loss for the Tigers.
