Three Singles, One Doubles Pair Advance At Ivy Individual Championships

PHILADELPHIA- The Princeton men's tennis team began play at the Ivy League Individual Championships.

The Tigers secured three singles wins and one in doubles to advance to the Round of 16 in both.

Aleksandar Mitric and Evan Wen picked up the first win for the Tigers, an 8-3 victory over Yale's
Zhengqing Ji and Krish Gupta.

Wen continued his success, earning a singles win against James Lian of Brown by a score of 6-7(1), 6-0, 6-0.

Meecah Bigun battled it out with Rethin Senthil Kumar of Cornell, taking a 3-6, 7-6(5), 6-2 victory.

Milan Markovits rounded out the group with a straight sets victory over Yale's Zhengqing Ji, 6-4, 7-5.
