Reed Gresyerman Named Ivy League Golfer Of The Month For October

Sophomore Reed Greyserman has been named Ivy League Golfer of the Month for October after helping the Tigers make history at St. Andrews.

Greyserman won individual medalist honors at the St. Andrews Links Collegiate before winning his match to push the Tigers to the team championship over Cal.

To win the individual portion at St. Andrews, Greyserman shot a two-day score of 132 with rounds of 68 and 64 to finish at -8 overall. He entered the final round two shots off the lead but carded a bogey-free round of -6 to storm from behind and win by four shots.

The next day in the team portion, Gresyerman was the anchor match in Princeton's showdown with Cal at The Old Course. Greyserman left no doubt, shooting a round of 69 (-3) at the "Home fo Golf" to win his medal match, 8-up and secure the point that clinched the team title for the Tigers.

His standout play, coupled with a T20 (+3) finish at the Hamptons Intercollegiate, led to a stroke average of 70.0 over his six rounds in the month.
