Men’s Water Polo Hits The Road For Final Regular Season Contests

PRINCETON, N.J.- The Princeton men's water polo team is set for its final regular season matchups this weekend. The Tigers will look to use the momentum from their two conference wins in matchups against the Brown Bears, the Harvard Crimson and the MIT Engineers.

Kristóf Kovács made his return to the cage and had two double digit save performances against conference foes Iona and LIU. On his way to earning his fifth NWPC Defensive Player of the Week honors, Kovács also held both teams to single digit scoring and added four assists and two steals.

Taylor Bell followed suit, earning his fifth NWPC Rookie of the Week Accolades. The freshman out of Tustin, Calif. scored eight goals with hat tricks against No. 5 Fordham and LIU. Bell also collected three assists and two drawn exclusions. He is now one of two players on the squad to have scored 50 goals this season along with Ádám Peocz.
