Conor Callaghan Named MAC Goaltending ECAC Goalie Of The Week

Conor Callaghan had a weekend to remember as Princeton swept its trip to Union and RPI for the first time since 2008, and his performance between the pipes was enough to earn MAC Goaltending ECAC Goalie of the Week honors.
Callaghan was 2-0-0 in the two games, allowing just one goal while turning aside 51 shots. He made 29 saves on Friday in a 5-1 win at Union, before stopping all 22 shots faced in a 4-0 win at RPI.
The shutout of the Engineers was the first of Callaghan's career, and helped him cap his weekend with a 0.50 GAA and a .981 save percentage.
Callaghan has now made seven starts in goal for the Tigers, and he is 5-2-0 overall with a 2.41 GAA and a .908 save percentage.
His. 714 winning percentage is No. 4 in the ECAC and No. 12 overall. His 2.41 GAA is No. 5 in the ECAC and No. 28 among all goalies in the country.
