Martinkus Punches Ticket To NCAA Championships On Day One Of Zone A Championships

PISCATAWAY, N.J.- The Princeton women's swimming and diving team sent four members from its roster to compete in the Zone A Diving Championships hosted by Rutgers.
Day one had the 3-meter board up for Charlotte Martinkus, Charlotte Norman, Maggie Squire and Francesca Noviello.
Martinkus placed fifth in the 3-meter final with a score of 626.80 as she punched her ticket to the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships in Federal Way, Wash..
Squire joined Martinkus in the finals and placed sixteenth.
Norman and Noviello finished 21st and 29th respectively.
Competition will resume tomorrow with the 1-meter board on the schedule with prelims starting at 10:15 AM.
