March 19, 2026 | Women's Fencing
With 15 of 23 bouts complete, Husisian posted a 13-2 record in épée with a +26 indicator, the top mark in the field, to pace the Tigers' effort and put herself in prime position heading into Friday's final rounds.
As a team, Princeton totaled 50 wins and sits third overall, trailing only Columbia (67) and host Notre Dame (66).
The Tigers also saw strong contributions in saber, where Alexandra Lee (11-4) and Honor Johnson (10-5) both sit inside the top eight and remain in contention for semifinal spots.
In foil, Chin-Yi Kong recorded seven victories through three rounds and remains within striking distance as the field tightens heading into the final day of pool fencing.
Each fencer will complete a 23-bout round robin on Friday, with the top four in each weapon advancing to the individual semifinals, contested in 15-touch bouts, followed by a 15-touch championship final.
The semifinals will start at 1:30 p.m. in the order of épée, foil and saber with finals following. ESPN+ will stream the semis and finals here, with results available here.
