Coach Michibata Says:
Ilya’s main contribution to the team so far has been in doubles. He and Ryan Kim reached the finals of the Farnsworth/Princeton Invitational this fall and they hope to build on that. Hopefully he can avoid injuries this year and be one of the players we count on in singles as well.

Born Jan. 11, 1988, in Lithuania ... moved to California as a child ... son of Dnitriy and Irina Trubov ... parents are both software engineers ... has an older brother, Lev, who graduated from Berkeley in 2006 ... won physics and mathematics awards in high school ... operations research and financial engineering major.
