SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY for Princeton Student-Athletes
Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) supports the mental health and wellbeing of the Princeton University community, including Princeton student-athletes. Within CPS, the TIGERSPAW (Tigers Performance and Wellness) team of physicians, counselors and athletic trainers works to improve the mental health and well-being of student-athletes, by offering coordinated assessments, treatment and referrals, as well as outreach and workshops on wellbeing and performance. CPS appointments are available here.
Princeton Athletics also offers Princeton Tiger Performance,  a values-based, holistic performance model with a mission to prepare student-athletes to Achieve, Serve, and Lead . PTP sport psychology consults are available here.
