Brad Conlon is in his first season on the Princeton men's lacrosse staff.
Before coming to Princeton, he spent three years at Division II Pfeiffer, where he was the interim head coach before joining the Tigers. During the last three seasons, he was the team’s defensive coordinator and goalie coach as well.
Pfeiffer went 36-16 in those three years, including 13-4 in 2013, and finished runner-up in the Carolinas Conference to Division II power Limestone each of the three seasons.
Pfeiffer produced 14 first-team and seven second-team all-league selections in his three years with the program, and Pfeiffer players combined to earn eight league positional Player of the Year honors.
Prior to working at Pfieffer, Conlon was an assistant coach at another Division III power, Rochester Institute of Technology, for two seasons.
Conlon is a 2009 RIT graduate with a bachelor’s in international business marketing, where he was a goalie for the Tigers.
He also earned an MBA from Pfeiffer.
