Princeton Wins Georgia State Invitational

Braselton, Ga. - The Princeton women captured the Georgia State Invitational at the Chateu Elan Golf Club with a 54-hole score of 928, which was 11 shots better than second place Charleston Southern's score of 939.
Senior Julia Allison led the Tigers with a third-place finish, sophomore Vanessa Redman finished in a tie for fifth place, freshman Esty Dweck ended up in 10th place, and senior co-captain Adrienne Gill captured sole possession of 11th place. Senior co-captain Natalie Christensen posted a two day score of +32 as she posted her best 18-hole score of the tournament in the final round.
Maryland's Katie Redeker finished in first place with a final score of 225.
In addition, Southern Mississippi was not disqualified after the first round as it was determined that its player did not sign an incorrect scorecard at the end of Monday's 36-hole round.
This tournament concluded the fall golf season for the Princeton women's golf team.
