Men's Tennis Competes In ITA Regional Championships

BLACKSBURG, Va. - The Princeton men's tennis team competed in the ITA Regional Championships Novemeber 2-6 at Virginia Tech. in Blacksburg, Va.
In singles action, Hendrik Chasse took on Chris McGrath of Navy and fell in straight sets 6-3, 6-3. Teammate John Portlock received a bye in the first round of play and moved onto the second-round to take on Evan Paushter from Colgate. Portlock lost to Paushter in the second-round by scores of 6-3, 6-4.
In the doubles bracket, Chasse teammed up with Trevor Smith and took a bye into the second round. In the next round of play the duo faced the combination of Chow and Opici of Columbia. Chow and Opici left the court with an 8-4 victory.
