Lori Volker (Jr., San Diego, Calif.) helped Princeton jump out to a 1-0 lead with a third-inning single that scored Sarah Jane White (So., Winter Park, Fla.), who opened the inning with a double. Vicki Siesta (Jr., W. Milford, N.J.) went 2-for-3 with a double in the contest. Galicinao pitched a complete game in the second game, striking out five batters and allowing three hits and no earned runs in a 6-2 win. Lauren Poniatowski (Jr., Haddon Heights, N.J.) scored Volker in the first inning to give Princeton a quick 1-0 lead, but Yale tied it with an unearned run in the second inning. Keefe put Princeton on top with her second home run of the season over the left-centerfield fence in the third inning. The Tigers scored four runs in the fourth inning, starting with an RBI single by Veenstra and a two-RBI double by Poniatowski.
