PRINCETON, N.J. - The Princeton men's tennis team finishes up its season with a 17-7 (5-2 Ivy League) record thanks to a 7-0 shutout of Georgetown this afternoon at the Lenz Tennis Center in Princeton.
The win was the 362nd and final of 26-year head coach David Benjamin. The Tiger coach will retire upon the completion of the season, but will remain as the Executive Director of the ITA. Benjamin ends his career with an overall record of 362-161.
Princeton fell short of the Ivy League title last weekend at Columbia, and must now wait for an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament.
