HANOVER, N.H. - Trailing by two shots heading into the final day of the Dartmouth Invitational at Hanover Country Club, Princeton's women's golf team overcame that deficit en route to a 21-shot victory over three other teams.
Princeton's total of 612 was a tournament record, eclipsing the mark of 621 set by Yale in 1998. The Tigers combined for a five-over par 297 to take the title on Sunday afternoon.
The Tigers won the team title for five years straight from 1993-97. The Tigers have now won the tournament six out of the past eight years.
