Women's Tennis Plays at Second Day of Princeton Invitational

Princeton, N.J. - Gailor Large defeated Temple's T. Truta in the quarterfinals of the Princeton Invitational on Saturday, but had to leave her semifinal match due to injury. Large was ahead of No. 1-seeded K. Kumovac of Penn 7-5, 2-1 when she had to leave.
Junior Anne Coates defeated teammate Mateya McCoy in the quarterfinals of the singles backdraw, and then went on to defeat I. Adsuar from Brown 4-2 to earn a trip to the finals tomorrow against a player from Columbia (Nguyen). Also, Coates and Jackie Arcario lost to Columbia 8-4 in the finals of the doubles backdraw.
Play starts tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. at Jadwin Gymnasium
