Women's Track and Field Places Sixth at Heps

BOSTON, Mass. - Lauren Simmons won the 800 meter title with a time of 2:13.99 to lead the Princeton women's track and field team to a sixth place finish with 30 points at indoor Heptagonals.
Natalie Deffenbaugh placed fourth (2:14.40) in the 800 and as did Becca Desman in the high jump (5' 6"). Becky Haarlow was 10th in the triple jump (36' 8.25") and Khalila Thomas placed ninth in the shot put (39' 8.75").
Liz Morse finished fifth in the 400 meters with a time of 58.22. Catherine Casey was 16th (10:18.27) and Kristee Sherry was 18th (10:21.96) in the 3,000 meters. The Tigers placed second in the mile relay with a time of 3:49.43.
The Tigers will compete at the ECAC championships March 2-3 in Boston, Mass.
