three is a charm - Cornell's 3-2 victory last night snapped Princeton's six-game streak of allowing two or fewer goals, which was the longest such steak since the 1931-32 team went 10 consecutive games without yielding three goals.
one not so fun - Princeton has lost its last three playoff games by one goal. In addition to losing 3-2 to Cornell last night, the Tigers fell 3-2 and 2-1 at Clarkson last year.
close call - Only one of the past 10 Princeton postseason games has been decided by more than one goal and that was in 1999 when RPI won 6-4 in Lake Placid.
