Women's Fencing Team Completes Competition at NCAA Championships

Kenosha, Wis. - Mindy Rostal won the bronze medal in the women's foil competition at the NCAA championships in Kenosha, Wis. on Sunday. She lost a tough 15-14 semifinal bout to Penn State's Marta Grachal, and then defeated Stanford's Ute Breden 15-8 to win the bronze medal. Teammate Lisa Leslie finished 11th in the foil competition, while Maya Lawrence and Kristiina Hurme finished seventh and 20th respectively in the ep?e competition.
Princeton finished fifth in team score, which reflects the strength of both the men and women's performance this weekend.
