Women's Tennis Falls to UAB

PRINCETON, N.J. - Princeton lost to the University of Alabama-Birmingham, 6-1 on March 25. UAB is currently ranked 53rd in the nation. Anne Coates, playing in the fifth singles spot, was the only Tiger to win her match, earning the lone Princeton point. This lost follows several tough losses to San Diego State, 6-1 and Pepperdine, 5-2, while the team visited California. During the spring-break trip, the Tigers defeated the University of Denver 5-2.
Princeton will travel to Rutgers on Wednesday, March 28 to face the Scarlet Knights at 3 p.m. On March 30, the Tigers will travel to UPenn and on April 1 the Tigers will host the team from Virginia Commonwealth.
