Women's Open Crew Takes Four From Yale

DERBY, Conn. - The Princeton women's open crew team took four out of five races against Yale on Saturday. Princeton's Varsity eight won its race with a time of 6:26.9, edging out Yale by .4 seconds.
The second varsity lost to Yale by four seconds, crossing the finish line in 6:42.4 seconds. The varsity four, second novice and freshman eight all won its races by significant margins. The varsity four crew beat Yale by 17 seconds with a time of 7:18.2. The second novices won by 17 seconds with a time of 7:54.3 and the freshman eight won by 12 seconds over Yale with a time of 6:38.9.
