Water Polo Holds Off Johns Hopkins

LEWISBURG, PA. - Junior Kevin Foster (Davis, Calif.) scored five goals, including the game-winner with 28 seconds remaining in the contest, to lift the water polo team to a 10-9 win over Johns Hopkins in Collegiate Water Polo Association action. The win allows Princeton to remain undefeated at 6-0 including a 3-0 mark during CWPA play.
Junior Robert Urquhart (Ann Arbor, Mich.) chipped in with three goals and sophomore Dan McKenna (Wyndmoor, Pa.) added two scores to the Princeton win.
This was the second time that these two teams have met this season. The Tigers handed the Blue Jays an 11-6 defeat on Sept. 8 in the second round of the Princeton Invitational.
Princeton will close out the weekend against Bucknell tomorrow at 10:30 a.m.
