Young Princeton Wresting Squad to Face Lehigh On Friday

PRINCETON, NJ - The Princeton wrestling team will head to Bethlehem, PA to face No. 11 Lehigh, ranked No. 11 in the latest InterMat rankings, on Friday, Jan. 11 at 7 p.m., but will have to do so without three mainstays in its lineup. The Tigers will hit the mat without Juan Venturi (Sr., Houston, TX), Anthony Debartolo (Pittsburgh, PA) and Matt Fisher (Pompton Lakes, NJ) who are each out with injuries.
Princeton will be looking to Seth Dunipace (Jr., Colfax, CA), Alan Sista (Jersey City, N.J.) and Jack Fleming (Fr., Hulmeville, PA) to fill the voids left by the injured starters. Brian Kirshbaum (So., Livingston, NJ) moves up a weight class to wrestle at 133 lbs., the spot usually occupied by the injured Venturi, while Dunipace will fill in at 125 lbs. Sista will take Debartolo's place at 184 lbs. and Fleming will wrestle for Fisher at 197 lbs.
The Tigers return home to host the Ivy League opener against Cornell on Wednesday, Jan. 30. The match is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Dillon Gymnasium.
