Princeton, N.J. - The Princeton women's fencing team defeated CCNY 27-0 on Saturday morning in Jadwin Gymnasium.
In Epee, Mary Dunlop (Sr./Murray Hills, N.J.), Jennifer Golia (Jr./Douglaston, N.J.) and Simran Winkelstern each won two bouts, and were awarded a third forfeit. In Sabre, Tal Zamir (Fr./Huntington, N.Y.) and Catherine Pack (Fr./Flemington, N.J.) each took a pair of bouts, while Lauren Haywood and Miya Tokumitsu (Jr./Hartsdale, N.Y.) each earned a victory. Princeton was also awarded three forfeits. In Foil, Franziska Albers (Fr./Zurich, Switzerland), Crystan Jiang (Jr. Millburn, N.J.) and Inhwa Song (Fr. Wayne, N.J.) each won a bout, with CCNY forfeiting the remaining matches.
Princeton's women improved to 3-1 on the season, and return to action on Feb. 2, against St. John's, Columbia and Rutgers, at Columbia.
