Women's Track and Field Finishes First at Armory Invitational

New York, N.Y. - Lauren Simmons finished first in the women's 800m as the Tigers competed at the Armory Invitational this past weekend. Simmons time of 2.07:82 set a new Princeton record and makes her a provisional NCAA qualifier. Princeton as a team won the team title with a score of 152, defeating second place Navy by five points.
Freshman Chanel Lattimer finished first in the women's 200m dash with a time of 25.42. Lattimer also competed in the 55m dash and finished in third place with a time of 7.27. Hasina Outtz captured the 400m title in a time of 58.72.
Natalie Deffenbaugh secured the 1,000m title in a time of 2:57.98 while Sarah Rivlin, competing in the 3,000m finished first in a time of 10:05.50. Senior Catherine Casey captured the 5,000m title in a time of 17.00.92.
