Cornell Tops Princeton In Sprint Football 47-8

Ithaca, N.Y. - Princeton's sprint football team dropped its fourth game of the season, falling to Cornell 47-8 at Schoellkopf Field Friday night.
The Tigers were outgained 338-203 on the night. They trailed 23-0 at intermission.
Matt Worley gave Princeton its only touchdown of the night when he ran 57 yards for a score in the third quarter. Dennis Bakke found Adam Farren for the two-point conversion for the Tigers.
Worley finished the night with 79 rushing yards. Cleland Welton and Dave Gilbert had three receptions each for the Tigers.
Princeton is at Navy Friday night before finishing the season Nov. 7 at home against Penn.
