Women's Golf Tied for Third After First Day of Pat Bradley Championships

Miami, Fla. - The Princeton women's golf team shot a 318 in Round 1 to place in a tie for third after the first day of play at the Pat Bradley Golden Panther Championships at Doral Country Club. The host school, Florida International, leads the tournament with a 310 and Florida Southern is second with a 316. Princeton is third and tied with Illinois.
Avery Kiser was the leading Tiger with a 76 in Round 1. That four-over score placed her in a tie for third overallSharla Cloutier was one stroke off that pace with a 77 in sixth and Taryn Halliday shot an 80 and is tied for 21st. Meg Nakamura and Alexis Etow both shot 85's and are tied for 41st while Caitlin Sullivan shot an 89 and is tied for 53rd. She is playing as an individual.
The second round of the three day tournament will be played tomorrow and the championships will wrap up on Sunday.
