Late Goal Gives Dartmouth Win Over Princeton In Women's Soccer

Hanover, N.H. - Janet Light headed in a corner kick with 48 seconds remaining to give Dartmouth a 3-2 win over No. 21 Princeton in an Ivy League women's soccer game Sunday afternoon.
The loss, Princeton's first, dropped the Tigers to 6-1-1 overall and 1-1-0 in the Ivy League. Dartmouth improved to 4-5 with its third straight win and is now 2-0 in the league.
Dartmouth led 1-0 before Emily Behncke scored with 19 minutes remaining in the first half to even the score at intermission.
Maura Gallagher, who assisted on Behncke's goal, put Princeton on top 2-1 early in the second half, but Dartmouth tied it one minute later. The score stayed that way until Light's goal in the final minute.
Princeton is at Rutgers Tuesday night.
