McHugh Named Ivy League Rookie of the Week In Men's Soccer

PRINCETON, N.J. - Freshman forward Kyle McHugh has been named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week after scoring two goals including the overtime gamewinner in Princeton's 3-2 win at Dartmouth.
McHugh, who has started all seven games for the Tigers, helped Princeton go undefeated against two nationally ranked teams this week. After the Tigers tied No. 17 Seton Hall on Wednesday, they opened their Ivy League season with a 3-2 win over No. 25 Dartmouth on Sunday. McHugh scored his first collegiate goal with a right-footed shot into the lower right corner to tie the score at 2-2 at the end of regulation. He then rebounded a shot in overtime for the win.
Princeton is now 3-2-2 overall and 1-0 in the Ivy League. The Tigers host Adelphi on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
