Men's Soccer Ends Season With 2-0 Loss To Yale

PRINCETON, N.J. - Yale's Andrew Dealy scored two goals to lead the Bulldogs past Princeton, 2-0, in the Tigers' final game of the 2003 season. The men's soccer team finishes the year with a 6-8-3 overall record and a 3-3-1 mark in the Ivy League.
Yale took an early lead when Dealy was awarded a penalty kick off a Princeton hand ball violation at 9:46. Dealy scored again on a breakaway pass by Gage Hills at 85:42.
Princeton senior goalkeeper Jason Bell, who earned his first career start, had five saves but Yale simply dominated, outshooting the Tigers 15 to five. Senior Gianfranco Trippichio took three shots on goal for Princeton.
This was the final career game for five Princeton seniors - Bell, Trippichio, Jeff Hare, Vincent Vitale and Marty Shaw.
