Please join Princeton Softball for three hours worth of instruction and participation in all phases of hitting. Instruction will cover basic fundamentals and hitting skills along with power mechanics, situational hitting, and new drills to promote swing awareness and fix common hitting faults. The clinic takes place on the E level inside Princeton's Jadwin Gym, one of the only indoor, full field facilities in the country.
SESSION 2. DRILLS: the swing progression-tees, tosses and
other drills with personal coaches for each station.
SESSION 3. LIVE HITTING: practice your swing with live work
in 2 cages.
SESSION 4. THE SHORT GAME: sac bunts, slaps, bunting for
hits, squeeze play.
