Princeton, N.J. - The Princeton women's tennis team earned its second consecutive win Saturday afternoon with a 7-0 blanking of George Washington at Jadwin Gym. The match had been scheduled to be played outdoors at the Lenz Tennis Center, but rain forced the two teams indoors.
Princeton began its day on the right foot by winning all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point. The Tigers then rattled off wins at all six singles spots to improve to 6-4 on the season. Princeton meets Temple tomorrow afternoon at 1 p.m., and the matches will be played inside at Jadwin instead of at Lenz in anticipation of inclement weather tomorrow afternoon.
