Princeton, N.J. - The Princeton women's tennis team earned its third consecutive win and second straight sweep as the Tigers rolled by Temple 7-0 Sunday afternoon at Jadwin Gym. The match had been previously scheduled to take place outdoors at the Lenz Tennis Center, but rain forced the two teams indoors this afternoon.
Princeton began its day on the right foot by winning two doubles matches and having Temple default on the third match. In singles, Princeton continued its strong play. After a close first-set win at No. 1, Kavitha Krishnamurthy earned a 6-0 second-set win to claim a victory. Neha Uberoi and Alison Hashmall won at Nos. 2 and 3 after their opponents both defaulted mid-match. Stephanie Berg won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 4 and Jessica Siebel tossed a shutout at No. 5.
