Tigers In Second After Day One At Ivy Championships

Princeton, N.J. - Both the Princeton men and women sit within striking distance of Yale heading into Sunday's final round of the Ivy League Golf Championships. The Tigers are in second-place after Saturday's rounds and with the men three stokes off the pace and the women 20 strokes back.
The Princeton men have a team score of 313 after 27 holes at Metedeconck National Golf Club. Cassidy Traub leads the Tigers with a first-round 75 and holds second-place among all individuals. Creighton Page, who shot a 76 is tied for ninth while Jason Gerken, Greg Johnson and Nat Hoopes round out the Princeton scorers.
Avery Kiser leads all women at Ridgewood Country Club with a 153 after 36-holes. The Tigers have a team score of 649 and have two players in the field's Top-5 with Meg Nakamura tied for fifth with a two-round score of 160. Emma Stachowicz has a 168 and both Esty Dwek and Taryn Haladay have a 170 after 36-holes played.
The men play 27 holes on Sunday while the women finish out with 18.
